The raw material factors affecting the moulding and service performance of heat shrinkable polyethylene film mainly include resin density, melt index and molecular weight distribution.
一般说来,较低的密度能改进薄膜的热合性,而较高的密度可提高薄膜的刚性,冲击强度和撕裂强度,但其热收缩性略有下降。这主要是由于结晶熔点较高所致,可通过变更吹胀比或牵引比来加以弥补。经验证明,最佳树脂密度为0.918~0.924。
Generally speaking, lower density can improve the thermal bonding of thin films, while higher density can improve the rigidity, impact strength and tear strength of thin films, but its thermal shrinkage decreases slightly. This is mainly due to the higher melting point of crystallization, which can be compensated by changing the blowing ratio or traction ratio. The resin has low melt index, high molecular weight, many intermolecular entanglement points, and high impact strength and shrinkage stress. 分子量分布窄的树脂所生产的薄膜,收缩温度低;反之,收缩温度高。另外,分子链的支化度对薄膜的拉伸特性影响很大。据说,将文化度小于10(MI为0.5~3.0)与支化度为10~30的树脂进行混炼,可使薄膜的拉伸性能得到很大提高。支化度大于10,对改善拉伸性能效果不大明显。而支化度等于10,则薄膜在高温下的拉伸性能很不理想。
